Where does Snort Monster ship?

We currently ship to the US and select countries. If we don’t ship to where you are at send us an email at hello@snortmonster.com and we will work on making it happen.

For those outside of the USA:
DUTY & VAT TAXES (CUSTOMS FEES): These fees are not included in the shipping price of your order. These fees are calculated at the shipping destination and must be paid upon delivery. Depending on the country, different fees will apply. Snort Monster is based in the USA. All orders are processed in USD.

How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?

All orders take three (3) to seven (7) business days to be packed and shipped. From there, it can take between 3 to 7 business days for delivery within the continental United States. The packing and shipping process might take a little longer during sales or holidays since we’re making these bad boys by hand with love.

Who delivers for Snort Monster?

We ship all items via the United States Postal Service. We offer a variety of shipping options for both domestic and international customers. The cost of each option depends on the products in your order and the shipping destination. Please note that not all shipping choices provided by the USPS have insurance or tracking.

What do we mean by “business day”?

A business day is any day that is not considered the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or a holiday. If we say something will ship in “five business days,” you should expect it to be shipped in one week, as there are five business days in that period.

I got a little too excited and made a mistake on my order. How can I get it corrected?

Send us an email right away at orders@snortmonster.com with the changes you would like to see. Please include your order number and the email address used to place the order. The sooner the email is sent, the better chance we have of catching it before your order shipped. Please note that not all details about an order can be changed, but we will do what we can to help.

I got my order, but it was damaged in transit. Not cool.

Well, that’s definitely not cool, is it? We’ll amend that right away. Email us at orders@snortmonster.com. We will contact the USPS and work with you to come up with a solution.

I received the wrong order. What do I do?

Whoopsies! If we sent you the wrong item, the person who sent you the wrong item will incur the wrath of Angel’s rear end. (And we all know how nasty of a punishment that can be, especially from the butts of snort-faced doggies!) But seriously, let us know right away by emailing orders@snortmonster.com, and we’ll correct it immediately.

May I exchange or return an item?

Returns of unwashed/unworn shirts can be made within 30 days of the original shipping date. There will be a restocking fee of 15% of the order’s subtotal. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item back and it’s deemed okay to resell, you will be refunded for the item minus the original shipping costs and the restocking fee. We cannot accept returns without restocking and shipping reimbursement.

Exchanges must also be made within 30 days of the original shipping date, and it be for in-stock product of equal or lesser value. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the new item. As with returns, all exchanges must be for unworn/ unwashed items. We will send out your new item after we receive payment for shipping and have the original item back in new/unused condition. If you are exchanging due to an error on our part, send us an email and we will walk you through the process.

I changed my mind and want to cancel my order. How do I do that?

If your order has not been shipped and the postage has not been printed, your order can be cancelled. If your order is not cancelled before being shipped, you will have to return your item to us and abide by all return policies.
