Windy City Pup Cruise 2015
Do you ever find people you gel so hardcore with, it’s eerie/awesome/freaky/awe-inspiring/pee-in-your-pants fantastic? That is the case with the super amazing Jax & Friends Chicago dog meetup group and the beloved Hamlin the Frenchie! As luck (and a penchant for puppies and a darn good time) would have it, our 3 doggie forces banded together to bring you the 1st annual Windy City Pup Cruise!
Between being able to bring your dog of any breed and size, mingling with other doggie parents at a deck party and photo ops, enjoying a goodie bag packed to the brim with products from incredible and generous sponsors, enjoying a skyline tour of Chicago with your pup (with BYOB privileges), sailing back to enjoy a plethora of raffle prizes, and THEN topping off the thrilling morning with lunch at a dog-friendly pub… [deep breath] (Did we miss anything?) OH. YES. There was PLENTY of motherpuppin’ good times to be had.
We’re thrilled at the great reception of our first pup cruise adventure, and we’re getting demand to keep the puppy boat party going, so we’ll be giving not one but TWO tours next year! We’re thinking of doing one in the Spring when we’re ready to celebrate the return of warm weather to Chicago and then doing another one in the Fall when we give the summer weather a tearful, “Bon voyage.” We hope you can join us on one of the tours in 2016!
